Setting boundaries is one of the key elements in self-care; it is a hallmark of health. No matter what industry you are in, there is a constant balancing act that exist between how much you give to others and the amount of time you give to yourself. A lack of boundaries can be a clear sign of potential burnout. This keynote helps you to identify areas where you may have a lack of boundaries and determine where you want your boundaries to lie; so that you can give enough to succeed but no so much that you burnout or have nothing left.
